Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts. Assist with bar management tasks including inventory control, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash register operations with accuracy while processing payments and giving correct change using retail math principles. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience working as a bartender in upscale dining establishments or similar hospitality settings. Knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Previous 2 years of full bar bartending experience. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with beverage recipe development is a plus for creating innovative drinks that delight guests.
