• We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server / Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer requests
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchasing alcohol per PLCB regulations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Upsell additional products when appropriate

• Skills:

• Proficient in food handling procedures
• Experience with cash register operations
• Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred but will train
• Understanding of the industry trends
• Excellent time management skills
