Bartender - Yorgos Restaurant & Lounge Yorgos is seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender who brings both creativity and professionalism to the bar. This role is ideal for someone passionate about craft cocktails, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and attention to detail Deliver outstanding, attentive service while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, elevated bar experience Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently guide guest selections Ensure a clean, organized, and safe bar environment at all times Handle high-volume service with composure and professionalism Manage guest interactions with discretion, including resolving concerns effectively and respectfully
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment Strong passion for mixology and beverage innovation Friendly, outgoing, and highly engaging personality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $2.83-$10.00 (based on experience), plus tips
