We're seeking experienced, energetic Bartenders to join the opening team of our new brewery restaurant in Lancaster City. We're looking for professionals who can provide exceptional hospitality, work efficiently under pressure, and create memorable guest experiences in a busy, craft beer-focused environment. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding guest service.
• Prepare beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Recommend beverages and menu pairings.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Work closely with servers, support staff, and managers.
• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities. What We're Looking For
• Previous high-volume bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beer, cocktails, spirits, and responsible alcohol service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask during busy service.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for craft beer and hospitality. Compensation
• $3.00/hour plus tips.
