Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations to enhance their experience. Process orders accurately using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage preparation. Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
