Overview This is an evening position. Looking to fill Tuesday and Thursday nights from 4:30 till 10:00 and one or two rotating Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests to take orders accurately, recommend drinks or menu items, and deliver outstanding customer service Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting Handle cashing out guests, balancing registers at shift end, and processing payments with precision Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations to ensure seamless dining experiences in fine dining or banquet settings Requirements Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, including food service experience in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and basic math for accurate transactions Previous bar management or catering experience is a plus but not required Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
