Job Summary Looking for Tuesday and Thursday evening from 3:30 till 10:30 and rotating weekend evening shift. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to promote specials, new menu items, and beverage offerings to enhance sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Assist with bar management duties as needed, including inventory checks and restocking supplies Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on fine dining or nightlife environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Extensive cocktail experience with skills in mixology and beverage recipe development Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and craft beer trends Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Nightclub or banquet experience is a plus; familiarity with catering operations is advantageous Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately; experience with cashiering preferred Valid certifications in food safety or alcohol service are desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
