Position Overview:

As part of our Service team, you will play a pivotal role in offering our guests an unforgettable dining experience. You'll not only serve thoughtful dishes and beverages but also act as a storyteller, sharing the rich narratives behind the local ingredients and producers that make our menu truly special.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Present our menu offerings, including food and beverage, with enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the Susquehanna River Valley region's culinary heritage.
• Share the stories of local producers, ingredients, and the journey behind each dish or beverage.
• Suggest wine, beer, and spirit pairings to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Ensure the bar and dining area are well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; a strong passion for food and beverages is a must.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Proficiency in handling cash and processing payments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
