Duties Prepare a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and food safety standards Serve customers efficiently at the counter, taking orders and processing transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including food handling stations and equipment sanitation Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction Follow food safety procedures during beverage preparation and food handling to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met Experience Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred, especially with beverage preparation or barista duties Familiarity with POS systems suchb as square Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients accurately Experience in retail sales transactions and cashiering roles is advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a dynamic food industry environment.
