As a Bartender, you will be responsible for making drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at club. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Lite cooking, fryer foods and pizzas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and recommend menu items. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in events, banquets, or special functions as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and cocktail techniques to enhance offerings. Requirements Must be RAMP certified and maintain certification. Must have food handlers certification. Some experience as a Bartender is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Must be at least 21 years of age Must be available to start at 3:30pm for a week day shift and 11:30am for a Saturday shift.
