Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bartender to join the team at our Hilton Garden Inn. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging guests, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and responsible service to all guests. Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and storage areas. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Restock bar inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Monitor guest consumption and address concerns professionally. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with food and beverage team members to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Previous bartending experience required; hotel or restaurant experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
