What you'll do Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and health regulations. Operate Clover POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and special events. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Uphold responsible serving practices in compliance with local laws regarding alcohol service. FRIDAY, SATURDAY, & SUNDAY

Previous experience in a bartending role within fast paced dining settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations in the food industry. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Knowledge of wine & brewing techniques to offer a diverse selection of beverages.
