As a vital support to bartenders and the entire service team, you'll ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and prepared for a lively night or elegant event. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food and beverage service while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies to uphold health and safety standards Restock bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure seamless service during busy hours Assist bartenders with food preparation tasks like garnishing drinks or preparing simple snacks for guests Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas efficiently Support food handling and service by assisting with catering setups or banquet events as needed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle cash handling and order processing accurately Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs in a lively nightclub or hospitality setting Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of POS systems like Skytab or Toast Familiarity with food handling, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment Experience working in a nightclub, hotel, or food industry setting is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude toward guest interactions Join us as a Barback and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
