Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Develop beverage recipes and assist in creating new cocktails to enhance our menu offerings Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods, including banquet events if applicable Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly while providing exceptional customer service Assist in bar management tasks when required, including stock replenishment and inventory checks Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and foster a lively atmosphere Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Demonstrated expertise with Toast POS system Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits experience is desired Experience working with craft beer selections and brewing knowledge is a plus Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately along with basic math skills for retail math and cashiering tasks Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is required Experience in banquet settings or large-scale events can be advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service standards Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively setting, and dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest!
