Bartender / Server

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender / Server to join our team. We are looking for someone to provide great experience for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. Looking for someone with multitasking skills, hospitality expertise, and passion for service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately using POS system, ensuring prompt service during busy hours Take food and drink orders efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed Monitor guest behavior and be TIPS certified to promote a safe environment while delivering excellent service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events Experience some experience as a bartender or server in fine dining, casual dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during high-volume periods Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments within the food industry Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous retail math or hospitality experience that highlights your ability to handle cash transactions accurately Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
