Server/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and providing outstanding hospitality to our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Engage with guests to provide excellent service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience. Upsell drinks and menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning countertops. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Utilize POS system for processing orders efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages. Requirements Proven experience as a server/Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating cash registers or POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Exceptional guest relations abilities with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
