The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise while providing memorable experiences for our guests. Prior experience with POS systems like Toast POS is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of food safety and food handling procedures. Duties Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes and customer preferences Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction Assist in setting up events when required Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest age when serving alcohol Experience Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations effectively Experience in sales, upselling beverages or menu items to enhance guest experience Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including nights; prior restaurant experience is a plus
