Bartender Position Summary The Bartender creates memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional hospitality, preparing quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. Bartenders are expected to demonstrate strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and responsible alcohol service. Essential Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail offerings Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Assist servers with beverage preparation Perform opening and closing duties including cleaning and stocking

Requirements:

Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails preferred Excellent guest service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
