HIGH VOLUME BARTENDER POSITION AVAILABLE

An experienced bartender needed for John Lewis' border cuisine concept, Rancho Lewis! We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled high volume bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this fast-paced role, you will deliver exceptional beverage service in a lively environment, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Our bar program is Agave spirit-driven and features our award winning margaritas, in addition to a full bar selection. Rancho Lewis is located at 1503 King St and is a 10,000 square ft, 230+ seat restaurant at the Pacific Box and Crate development. Showcasing a full service dining room, a full bar with 25 barstools, and a covered outdoor seating area as well as a shared courtyard with other neighboring restaurants. Open for lunch and dinner service 7 days a week. Sunday-Thursday 11am-9pm Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm The Rancho Lewis menu and concept is inspired by John Lewis' El Paso family roots and his love for Hatch chiles. The menu is focused on the unique, multi-cultural cuisine of the West Texas and Northern Mexican border. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately during high-volume periods. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and presentation standards. Ensure all beverages are prepared in accordance with safety and food handling regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and checking for food safety compliance.
