Job Summary The Flipside Cafe in Fort Mill is looking for bartenders to join our growing team. We are a casual restaurant offering Southern inspired food including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are a busy restaurant, and you must possess a sense of urgency and commitment to excellent hospitality. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth for the right candidates. Must have alcohol server certificate.

Bartender responsibilities include:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance the guest experience
