Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the ongoing innovation of our drink menu through mixology expertise. Handle cash transactions responsibly while providing excellent customer service in a lively environment that promotes teamwork and hospitality excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Experience with beverage recipe development and food handling procedures is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are essential.
