Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate food and drink orders from guests promptly and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service duties such as delivering meals, refilling beverages, and catering to special requests during events like banquets or nightclub functions Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest consumption and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Strong time management abilities to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for billing, sales transactions, and retail math calculations Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; familiarity with serving in high-volume settings such as nightclubs or large events Basic understanding of brewing processes and beverage preparation techniques Join our team if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
