Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such Toast, ensuring prompt delivery Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Process cash transactions efficiently while managing tabs and processing payments accurately using POS systems Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings to enhance guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery during busy service periods Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly Support bar management in inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Keeping organized the delivery services such as DoorDash and uber eats Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or casual settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast for order processing and cash handling Expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits experience to craft appealing beverages Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations Familiarity with beverage recipe development and brewing or brewing-related activities is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude Basic math skills including retail math for accurate cash handling and billing processes Experience with food safety standards, food handling procedures, catering or banquet experience preferred Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with team members in a fast-paced environment Embark on an exciting journey where your passion for hospitality meets professional growth!
