Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to standard recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Toast POS Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies promptly during shifts to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders during catering events or banquet functions, ensuring timely delivery. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and hospitality experience are highly valued. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS and Aloha POS for accurate sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales calculations. Knowledge of food industry trends such as brewing techniques or cocktail innovations is a plus.
