The Playlist of Chattanooga is known to be a family friendly fun exciting dinner spot with pop music, great food and music. The servers perform and we are looking for strong bartenders that learn quickly our drink menu and perform, lip sync and some dancing required. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage guests with lively performances, dance routines, or interactive entertainment to enhance their experience. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards. Use Toast POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within the hospitality industry, including fine dining or high-energy venues. Demonstrated ability to dance or perform on stage while making drinks or entertaining guests. Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development.
