Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders and transactions accurately. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing beverage recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu exciting and innovative. Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Proven experience in bartending with strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards. Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and cocktail crafting to serve guests confidently. Experience working in fine dining establishments, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Strong food safety awareness and food handling skills to ensure compliance with health regulations.
