Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing equipment in accordance with health standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting for moving stock and supplies safely and effectively Prepare simple food items or garnishes as needed for drink presentation or customer requests Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling with accuracy Support food service operations by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and assisting with catering or banquet setups when required Uphold food handling standards and ensure all safety protocols are followed during food preparation and service Qualifications Previous bar experience or restaurant work experience is highly preferred to ensure familiarity with bar operations and customer service expectations Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable for efficient transaction processing Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members in a lively environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely Knowledge of food handling, catering, banquet service, and hospitality industry standards enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience in food preparation, bussing, serving, or hotel settings is a plus to support diverse operational needs Excellent customer service skills to create positive guest experiences in a fast-paced atmosphere Join us to be part of a passionate team where your energy fuels memorable moments!
