Guide guests through our extensive wine, beer, and spirits selections. Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable experiences at the bar. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift. Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and accurate beverage service. Process orders and payments accurately using our POS system. Follow all Tennessee ABC regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Help maintain the high standards of quality and professionalism that define the Culaccino experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Has a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. Possesses strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. Pays close attention to detail and works with a strong sense of urgency. Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Current Tennessee ABC Server Permit (or ability to obtain one before employment). Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant. Strong wine and spirits knowledge; Italian wine knowledge is a plus. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Culaccino?
