Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Barn Assistant to join our dynamic agricultural team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting daily farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of horses, equipment, and assisting with various outdoor tasks. Your enthusiasm for farming and animal care will help foster a productive and safe environment, contributing to the overall success of our agricultural pursuits. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in equine management, farm operations while working in a vibrant outdoor setting. Responsibilities Assist with horse handling and animal husbandry tasks to ensure animals are healthy, fed, and properly cared for. maintain clean stall conditions for the animals. Perform little lawn care to ensure clean conditions for employee and animals. Manage heavy lifting(40-50lbs) tasks safely while adhering to safety standards in production environments. Experience Proven experience in farm work or a willingness to work. We can teach you all you need to know to do the job. Just don't be afraid and come with an open mind.
