Bartender Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of bar operations, including serving drinks, food handling, and customer service. Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff to deliver outstanding service in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and sanitation procedures at all times. Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations to maintain financial accuracy during shifts. Coordinate catering, banquet events, and special functions to ensure seamless execution from setup to cleanup. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste while maximizing sales opportunities. Implement effective time management strategies to handle multiple responsibilities during busy hours while maintaining quality service. Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong background in food service environments including fine dining, catering, banquet experience, or nightclubs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse clientele in high-energy settings like nightclubs or food industry venues. Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales tracking. Experience with brewing processes or beverage creation is a plus for enhancing drink menus. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
