Position Summary:

We are looking for friendly, high-energy Bartenders to join our team at Easy Tiger South Lamar! As a Bartender you ll be the face of the guest experience greeting guests, guiding guests through our food and drink menus, and delivering top-notch service from start to finish. Ideal candidates are team players who thrive in a busy atmosphere and enjoy connecting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guestsAccurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS systemDeliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct and timely serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of tables, sections, and service areasAnticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requestsWork closely with fellow team members to support overall operationsFollow all TABC and food safety guidelinesHandle cash and credit transactions as neededUphold Easy Tiger s standards for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

1+ year experience as a bartender or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferredTABC and Food Handler certified (or able to obtain upon hire)Strong communication and multi-tasking skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnAble to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsWeekend and holiday availability required
