The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Candidates should possess strong multitasking skills, proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and a solid understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service. Experience in the food industry, retail math, and cash handling is highly valued. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with established recipes and standards Take orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cashiering and food handling procedures Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and creating a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to meet food safety standards Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations related to alcohol service and food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Handle multiple responsibilities such as serving at nightclubs or banquet events while maintaining professionalism Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing tabs accurately Familiarity with food industry operations including serving, catering, and food handling Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments such as nightclubs or hospitality venues Previous restaurant experience or retail math background is advantageous Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in lively environments.
