Job Summary:

A Server / Bartender is responsible for providing friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests. The position focuses on excellent customer service, quick service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Deliver food and drinks promptly to guests. Check guest IDs when serving alcoholic beverages and follow all alcohol service laws. Handle cash, credit cards, and process payments correctly. Maintain inventory and restock as needed. Keep service areas clean and organized. Provide guests with information about menu items, specials, and resort amenities. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional. Basic math and money-handling skills. Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods. Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol. Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift up to 25-40 pounds (cases of drinks, ice, etc.).

From $7.25 per hour
