Bartender

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, shots, and beer.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and responding to their needs
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the bar team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and develop new skills to enhance our beverage program
• Maintain positive control and accurate accounting of all cash and other income to the bar

Requirements :

• Experience as a Bartender
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (required)
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
