Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while demonstrating excellent time management skills Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to the creation of seasonal or specialty drink menus Assist in bar management duties such as stock replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience with food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations; previous cashiering experience is a plus Knowledge of beverage trends such as craft beer brewing or brewing processes is advantageous Previous experience in hospitality industry roles like bar management or banquet service is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
