As a bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks in a professional and efficient manner. You will also ensure that the bar area is clean and organized, and work closely with other team members to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certifications:
TABC Certification for serving alcohol. Texas Food Handlers Certification.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 35 pounds. Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems preferred.
