Mixologist/Bartender

Seeking someone passionate about mixology, eager to experiment with drinks, and with a genuine appreciation of wine

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Ensure all cocktails are made consistently.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Take orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or other payment systems
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in a banquet, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred
• Familiarity with fresh herbs and garnishes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or other payment systems
• Knowledge of basic cocktails
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
