Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization's vision and mission. Utilizes knowledge of patient's developmental age and cultural diversity in the provision of patient and family-centered care. Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements Work Experience:

License/Registration/Certification:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or Compact Licensure Certification by Unit Departments Upon Hire Obtained within 6 months from Date of Hire Obtained within 12 months from Date of Hire Obtained within 18 months from Date of Hire
