Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards. Manage multiple orders efficiently using ToastPOS system, ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs to management proactively. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets, ensuring seamless operations. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is preferred. Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or restaurant work is highly desirable.
