Role:
The AM Bartender is the heart of our beverage program and a key part of the guest experience. You'll craft quality cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, build genuine connections with guests, and set a welcoming tone behind the bar. You're knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate about making every drink and interaction memorable.
Anticipated Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3
PM Responsibilities:
Craft cocktails and beverages with consistency, skill, and presentation Work in tandem with barista to provide service for each guest Take orders and engage guests with knowledge and warmth Manage the bar station: keep it organized, clean, and well-stocked Balance speed with quality during rush times Handle cash and card transactions accurately Build guest relationships and remember preferences Follow food safety and responsible beverage service protocols Support other FOH team members during service Help with bar prep Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of bartending experience Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktails Ability to mix drinks with consistency and speed Excellent customer service and communication skills Engaging, friendly personality Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts Reliable and punctual Pride in craft and attention to detail Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
