Job Types:
Part-time, full-time opportunities, and on-call special events Cattleman's Club is building a new Food & Beverage team and introducing new menus as our property grows and renovations begin. We are seeking dependable, personable bartenders who take pride in excellent service and want to grow with our business. Part-time positions offer the opportunity to move into full-time hours as business increases. We are also hiring on-call bartenders for banquets, private functions, and other special events. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently and efficiently. Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests and local customers. Complete opening duties and have the bar ready for service on time. Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling and bar-tab procedures. Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and verify identification. Support inventory counts, restocking, and waste control. Work closely with the Food & Beverage team during regular service and special events. Complete closing duties and maintain sanitation standards. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of common cocktails and beverage preparation. Strong customer-service, communication, and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work efficiently during busy shifts. Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle bar supplies. TABC certification preferred.
Schedule Regular bar hours:
Sunday-Thursday:
4:00 PM-10:00
PM Friday-Saturday:
4:00 PM-2:00 AM Scheduled shifts include preparation before opening and closing duties after service. Hours may extend during high-volume events.
On-call special events:
Shifts vary based on scheduled functions and business needs. Applicants interested exclusively in special-event work are welcome to apply.
Pay:
From $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 - 40.0 per week
