Tejas Brewery & Taproom is a vibrant 3-story brewery at Sawyer Yards, offering an exciting selection of craft beers, creative cocktails, and mouthwatering food in a lively setting. We're dedicated to giving our guests an unforgettable experience with top-notch service in a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Provide detailed information about our menu, including beer offerings and specials.
Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, service stations, and the dining area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
As a
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.
Monitor and manage the bars inventory, including ordering supplies and managing costs.
Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a drug test for employment.

As a
Bartender:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications:
TABC and Food Handler certification or the ability to obtain it before starting is required.Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
