Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain detailed sales records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events, banquets, or nightclubs to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality or food service background preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for nightlife or event-based shifts. Prior experience with serving alcohol responsibly in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable; nightclub or catering experience is a plus.
