Summary:

To serve beverages to the members/guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily. This includes requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, fruit, and other necessary supplies based on a daily business projection. Working in a clean-as-you-go manner Greets member/guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote drink and food specials, and ensure the quality of drink recipes Accurate check processing in the point-of-sale system Accountability for appropriate portions of all drinks served Attend monthly meetings Always represent the quality of Lajitas Golf Resort in appearance, style, and attitude

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience is required. Previous experience with micros or any other POS system.
