Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Prepare and serve high-quality steaks and other menu items following established recipes and presentation standards Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dining areas Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order entry and payment processing Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Assist in food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation as needed to support kitchen operations Ensure all restaurant sanitation procedures are adhered to consistently throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn new technology tools Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the position Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences where passion meets professionalism!
