Full-Time /Part-Time Pay:
Based on experience + tip share Cowboys and Cadillacs is looking for a Bar Back who hustles, anticipates, and keeps the bar running like clockwork, especially on the high-volume nights.What You'll Do:
- Stock and restock the bar with ice, liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for high-volume service at all times
- Assist bartenders with prep, restocking, and service support during peak hours
- Break down and clean the bar at the end of each shift
- Work event and concert nights alongside a fast-moving team
What We're Looking For:
- Bar back or kitchen experience a plus; we'll train the right candidate
- High energy and a strong work ethic — this job is physical and fast
- Someone who anticipates what's needed before being asked
- Reliable, punctual, and serious about showing up ready to work
- Team-first mindset with no ego
