- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and promotions to enhance guest experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (if required by local regulations)
