Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales upselling opportunities to maximize revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service Assist with bussing tables, and supporting staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and promote guest loyalty Experience Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with systems such POS systems as Toast, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic setting!
