Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts. Assist in setting up bar areas for service, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is operational. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs, banquets, or catering events. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and payment processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively atmosphere. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Familiarity with the food industry's best practices for serving alcohol responsibly while ensuring guest safety. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can be an added advantage for enhancing guest experience.
