Bartender Requirements:

18 years or older Previous bartending experience a must TABC Certified Weekend availability required

Barback Requirements:

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours Handle basic math calculations for billing, tips, and inventory management efficiently Uphold food handling procedures and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as sports bar, nightclub or fast paced resturant. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering preferred Excellent customer service skills with a lively, engaging personality that energizes guests Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working with diverse beverage menus including or specialty cocktails is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory counts Previous restaurant or retail math experience is advantageous Knowledge of serving alcohol responsibly and promoting responsible drinking practices Join us if you're passionate about creating vibrant social environments where every guest leaves with a smile!
